Sairaj Bahutule, the Mumbai captain, will lead the India A side which will play the Pakistanis in a one-day warm-up match in Hyderabad on March 30. Bahutule replaces Dinesh Mongia, who had earlier been named captain, but will now miss this game as it clashes with the Ranji Trophy final, which starts on the same day. Mongia will instead play for Punjab in the final against Railways.
JP Yadav, the medium pacer from Railways, will also miss the one-day match due to the same reason. The selectors have named Ambati Rayudu and Sanjib Sanyal as replacements for Mongia and Yadav. This is the only warm-up game for Pakistan before the five-match one-day series, which starts on April 2 at Kochi.
